From NeuroTychoWiki
- Data
- "Day 1" is a dataset already uploaded on Neurotycho (http://neurotycho.org/social-competition-task).
- "Day 2" is a dataset recorded on the next day of "Day1".
- "Sleep" condition is a dataset in "Sleep task" recorded on separate day.
- Additional data will be uploaded soon.
- Analysis
- Time window
- There are three time windows (size=500ms) prepared for each of two task events, "Show food" and "Food place".
- "Show food" + "Early": window was set between -750 ms and -249 ms around "Show food" event.
- "Show food" + "Middle": window was set between -250 ms and +249 ms around "Show food" event.
- "Show food" + "Late": window was set between +250 ms and +750 ms around "Show food" event.
- "Food place" + "Early": window was set between-1000 ms and -501 ms around "Food place" event.
- "Food place" + "Middle": window was set between -500 ms and -1 ms around "Food place" event. At some point during the window, monkey had already started reaching motion.
- "Food place" + "Late": window was set between 0 ms and + 499 ms around "Food place" event.
- Frequency band power
- Power spectrum of ECoG data at each time window was calculated by FFT.
- "Delta": power spectrum at 2 Hz.
- "Theta": power spectrum summated within 4 Hz and 6 Hz.
- "Alpha": power spectrum summated within 8 Hz and 12 Hz.
- "Beta": power spectrum summated within 14 Hz and 28 Hz.
- "Low Gamma": power spectrum summated within 30 Hz and 58 Hz except 50 Hz.
- "High Gamma": power spectrum summated within 60 Hz and 100 Hz.
- Statistics test
- MannWhitney test will be used for statistical comparison. Circles indicate locations of electrode.
- After setting all parameters and when "Draw" button is pressed, statistical comparison will be made. Results will be shown by color by following rules.
- Red: condition 1 > condition 2 (p < 0.0001).
- Brown: condition 1 > condition 2 (p < 0.001).
- Light blue: condition 2 > condition 1 (p < 0.001).
- Blue: condition 2 > condition 1 (p < 0.0001).
